FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do your windows and doors have a warranty?
Absolutely! We back all manufacturer warranties and go a step further by offering our own
5-Year Warranty on installation workmanship. It’s our way of ensuring that you can trust the
quality of both our products and our services!
Do you only sell windows and patio doors, or do you install them too?
We not only sell high-quality windows and patio doors, but we also handle the installation
ourselves! At nvision Glass, we have a dedicated team of full-time employees who manage
installations. This means you’ll enjoy consistent quality and seamless service from start to
finish—no hand-offs to other companies or reliance on independent contractors.
Does your Service Department help with broken or fogged glass?
Absolutely! Our Service Department is here to help with broken glass and insulated glass
units (IGU). We can also assist with windows or patio doors that are tough to open, and even
replace certain parts when needed. Whatever the issue, we’re ready to make things right for
you!
Do you sell the same products as Renewal by Andersen?
Yes, we do! We’re proud to offer those products—and even more options for you to explore. If
you already have a quote from Renewal by Andersen, there’s a good chance we can beat it
substantially. Plus, as an independent company, we’re able to provide a wide variety of
windows from other trusted manufacturers. Our goal is to find the perfect match for you and
your home!
Can you do warranty work for windows installed by Renewal by Andersen?
We’re not able to assist with warranty work for their installations, as Renewal by Andersen
handles that directly. However, if you’re exploring new options or need assistance with
other window needs, we’d be delighted to help you find the perfect solution for your home!
Do you do auto glass?
We don’t handle auto glass at the moment, but we’re always here to assist with windows,
patio doors, and other glass needs for your home or business. If you ever have questions,
feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to help!
Is it necessary to replace the whole window if a seal is broken?
Not at all! In most cases, we can simply replace the glass, which is often a much more
affordable option. Of course, if you’re thinking about upgrading to new windows, we’d be
happy to provide you with a complimentary quote—just let us know!
